Bears TC is a training and team communication app for Bears Track Club athletes and coaches. This policy explains what information the app may collect, how it is used, and how families can contact us.

Information We Collect

The app may store athlete and coach profile information such as name, role, team group, training paces, workout logs, attendance records, messages, goals, fuel and hydration entries, race notes, and coach notes entered by authorized team users.

How We Use Information

We use app information to operate team training features, help coaches plan workouts, let athletes view and log sessions, support team communication, and keep the roster and training calendar in sync across devices.

Third-Party Services

Bears TC may use Firebase for authentication, data storage, and synchronization. Some app features may use AI services to help generate training-related suggestions from information provided in the app.

Children and Team Athletes

Bears TC is intended for use by team members, coaches, and families in a supervised team setting. Coaches and guardians should only enter information that is appropriate for team training and communication.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be visible to authorized Bears TC coaches and team users based on app permissions. We may share information when required to operate the app, comply with law, or protect the safety of athletes and the team.

Account and Data Deletion Requests

We keep team information while it is needed for training, operations, and recordkeeping. To request correction, account deletion, or deletion of app information associated with a Bears TC account, contact Bears TC using the support link below and include the athlete or coach account name. We will review and process deletion requests unless limited retention is required for safety, legal, or operational reasons.
